Donate Online

Online donations by credit card are safe and secure. Your donation can be made as a one-time gift, or a monthly recurring gift. You can also make a tribute gift in memory of someone special a gift or in honor of a loved one on a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, or retirement. You can specify who we should notify about your generous gift.

Planned Giving

Choose from many giving options, including naming the YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester as a beneficiary in your will and more complex trust arrangements that provide life-long income. Help us secure the future!

  • Casual and Work-Ready Clothing Donations Accepted

    Help our women look and feel their best! We accept used season appropriate clothing, and shoes

  • Food Pantry

    Our food pantry’s stock relies heavily on food donations and food drives.

  • Wish List

    We gratefully accept gift cards to either purchase needed items or gifts to women in need.

  • Give In Kind

    Please help YWCA WPCW support our Early Care Families by donating food and stationery every Thursday morning at our Homewood Site.

  • Liz Prine Memorial Fund

    Honoring the memory of Elizabeth Erskine Prine, this fund provides a limited number of grants to assist women pursuing long-term goals.

  • Donor Advised Funds

    A Donor Advised Fund allow you to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction, and recommend grants from the fund over time.

  • Partners & Sponsors

    YWCA [Location]’s Corporate Partner Packages offer a variety of options designed to provide both brand marketing value and meaningful impact.

  • Online Giving

    You can use our online donation form to give in a number of ways in addition to the standard one-time credit card gift.

  • Recurring Gifts

    Setting up recurring donations on a monthly basis helps guarantee that those we serve receive the appropriate care and support every day. It allows you to easily spread your support throughout the year and provide a steady and reliable stream of income to us. You can donate monthly by selecting “automatically repeat the gift every month” at out Donate page.

  • ACH Transfer

    ACH electronic giving is a direct payment program whereby your contribution is debited automatically from your checking or savings account. Electronic contributions cannot be lost, stolen or destroyed; are resistant to errors and fraud; and are free for both you and the YW. ACH transfers make monthly giving easy, and you can cancel your authorization by notifying US at any time. Giving electronically makes it easy for you and helps YWCA Greater Pittsburgh save money!

    In addition to receiving an acknowledgment and an annual gift statement from YWCA [Location], your bank statement will provide an itemized list of electronic transactions. If you change bank accounts, simply notify YWCA and we will give you a new authorization form to complete. To set up an ACH payment, simply select “Checking Account” under “Payment Options” on the Donate page.

  • Honor/Memorial Gifts

    Celebrate an important milestone, such as a birthday or anniversary, or remember a loved one through an honorary or memorial gift to YWCA [Location]. Encourage friends, family and colleagues to invest in the future of women and girls in lieu of materials gifts. Cards will be sent to those you would like notified of your generosity. Select “this is an honor or memorial gift” and follow the instructions that appear at our Donate page.

  • Stock Giving

    A gift of appreciated stocks, bonds or mutual funds is an excellent way to support YWCA [Location]. Your donation will still be eligible for a tax deduction, and it may allow you to avoid or reduce capital gains taxes. For more information on potential tax advantages, please consult with your financial advisor.

    Gifts of securities can easily be made by asking your broker to transfer the stock to YWCA [Location] account. Please have your broker notify YWCA [Location] of the expected stock gift by completing this Stock Notification and Transmittal Form.
