GENERAL REGISTRATION
Registration should be received at least two weeks prior to the first class meeting.  To register by mail or fax, use the document located on the Forms page. Visa, Discover , MasterCard and American Express are accepted. You may fax the registration form to (914) 949-2021. During peak registration periods, faxed and emailed registrations will be processed after 2 p.m. on the day they are received. In-person is suggested for classes with large enrollment.

Registration with vouchers or discounts MUST be done at the Front Desk. For further information, contact the Membership Office at (914) 949-6227 ext 208.

Cancellations:  The YWCA reserves the right to cancel or modify classes or change instructor assignments. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events, we will attempt to contact all scheduled participants. Be sure to indicate your home, work and alternate phone numbers on the registration form to assist us with timely notification.  There will be no credit or refund for such closings.

Refund Policy:   No refunds are given for membership fees, deposits or program fees unless the YWCA cancels the program/class. Documented medical disability may entitle a member to a prorated program fee and a request should be submitted to the Program Director. No refunds are made for classes cancelled due to weather. A refund fee may be assessed.

Credits:  Participants may request a credit voucher in medical cases or special hardship circumstances.   Credit vouchers are good for nine months from date of issue, are transferable within the participant’s immediate family, and may be applied to any YWCA activity. Credit policies may vary from department to department.  Credit requests must be made before or during the session for which the credit is requested. Forms are available at the member services desk and on our Forms page. Completion of application for a credit voucher does not guarantee same. A fee is assessed on all credit voucher requests.

Returned Checks: A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Emergency Closings: Building closings necessitated by inclement weather or other emergency will be posted on the YWCA web site (www.ywcawpcw.org) and on our telephone answering system.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:     Online registration is currently NOT available.

Please note: discounts are not available online and may only be applied in person or via fax.
