Holistic Wellness for Breast Cancer Patients

The YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester is committed to health and wellness for all individuals and is pleased to offer this unique program for those managing life with (and after) breast cancer. Augmenting the breast health educational services we provide through the agency's Encore Program, our new initiative will focus on fitness and overall well-being. Classes and workshops are designed to support participants during all phases of the breast cancer journey: newly diagnosed, in-treatment, or post-treatment.

For women diagnosed with breast cancer, research shows those who practice Yoga, Tai- Chi and Meditation may have less stress, fatigue, and a better quality of life.

Classes are FREE and offered in five-week sessions.
The program is available to breast cancer patients and survivors.
All classes are free for participants.
